We the People have amazing public powers—Let's use them!

By merely voting to add a Declaration of Political Rights to our county charters, we can establish our authority make public policies for our representatives to follow, and then use our juries to enforce accountability to our public will.

About the County Constitutions Movement

Randall White is spearheading the nationwide grassroots movement to establish we the people as the ultimate policymakers guiding our government and controlling its outcomes.

While providing litigation support to clients who were fighting against unconstitutional policies, Randall learned that our government is so badly corrupted that in most cases, justice is no longer available in our courts. While trying to solve this problem, his legal research and analysis revealed that essentially all of our public powers and civil rights are embodied in our traditional English common law participatory governmental institutions, and that these institutions have always existed within the jurisdiction of our counties.

County participatory government traditionally consists of citizen committees, elections, ballot initiatives, public militias, grand juries, and petit or trial juries. We the people inherently possess the authority to use our participatory governmental institutions to make public policies, and to enforce public accountability. Representative government has undermined the functionality of these institutions, so Randall drafted a Declaration of Political Rights to restore their full functionality, so that they once again empower us to make public policies for our representatives to follow, and then use our grand and petit juries to enforce public accountability.

This Declaration essentially turns our county charters into county constitutions that correct the deficiencies in our state and national constitutions. Making this fundamental reform to our government is relatively easy—we simply vote to approve the Declaration through county ballot initiatives. The big job ahead of us is the education that preceeds voting.

In support of wholesome political activism to reform our government, we provide video, texbook, and interactive social media educational support. Educational videos are available on this website and on youtube. Our textbook, American Popular Sovereignty, is available in the online store.

We are just getting started with social media, but plan to build a significant online presence, including podcast interviews where we have the opportunity to ask questions.
